Job Description

Role & responsibilities Attend and respond to all incoming calls promptly and courteously. Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on doctors availability. Ensure all missed calls are followed up and closed. Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, OPD timings, and other patient inquiries. Maintain appointment logs, call records, and documentation for internal reference. Send daily call log reports to HOD and other relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth patient flow. Work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night) as per departmental schedule. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 12 years in hospital/healthcare call centers (preferred) Knowledge of Telesoft (Call Management Software) is a plus. Education: Graduate preferred Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, email usage Soft Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle calls under pressure - Strong interpersonal skills and patient-friendly attitude Others : Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
