As a *Customer Support & Booking Agent*, you’ll be the first point of contact—handling incoming calls, confirming bookings, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth ride experiences. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and assist with cab bookings Understand customer needs (pickup, drop, timing, cab type) and suggest the best options Coordinate with local drivers via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability Share booking details with customers via SMS or WhatsApp Handle basic queries, complaints, or rescheduling requests Maintain booking logs and update ride status in internal systems Requirements: Fluent in *English* (additional regional language skills are a bonus) Prior experience in *call centers, customer support, or cab/taxi services* is preferred Comfortable using *WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic mobile apps* Own a smartphone and stable internet connection Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a *fast-paced, voice-heavy environment* Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
