About the Role:
We are building a voice-first cab rental platform where customers book rides by calling us directly. As a *Customer Support & Booking Agent*, you’ll be the first point of contact—handling incoming calls, confirming bookings, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth ride experiences.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is *fluent, empathetic, and organized*, and enjoys helping people over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and assist with cab bookings
Understand customer needs (pickup, drop, timing, cab type) and suggest the best optionsCoordinate with local drivers via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availabilityShare booking details with customers via SMS or WhatsAppHandle basic queries, complaints, or rescheduling requestsMaintain booking logs and update ride status in internal systems
Requirements:
Fluent in *English* (additional regional language skills are a bonus)
Prior experience in *call centers, customer support, or cab/taxi services* is preferredComfortable using *WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic mobile apps*Own a smartphone and stable internet connectionStrong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a *fast-paced, voice-heavy environment*
