Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through social media, networking, and field visits
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings (virtual + physical)
• Convert leads into salesachieve monthly closures and deliver revenue targets
• Pitch Scoopearths services including branding, interviews, and marketing solutions
• Create proposals, presentations, and maintain client interaction records
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally during events and business meetings
• Maintain reports on Google Sheets and CRM tools for accurate tracking

Required Skills & Experience

• 02 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), MS Office, LinkedIn & ChatGPT
• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Hindi & Kannada

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup culture

  with valid license
• Willing to work
