Job Summary: The Referral Marketing Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing referral marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of referral marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through referral marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute referral marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and sales growth. 2. Manage and optimize referral marketing programs across multiple channels (email, social media, influencer partnerships, etc.). 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align referral marketing initiatives with business objectives. 4. Analyze referral program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations. 5. Create engaging content and messaging to promote referral programs and drive participation. 6. Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify referral marketing efforts. 7. Monitor industry trends and best practices in referral marketing and provide recommendations for program enhancements. 8. Track and report on referral program metrics (conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs, etc.). Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in referral marketing, growth marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in driving business growth through referral marketing strategies. 3. Strong understanding of referral marketing principles, including program design, optimization, and measurement. 4. Excellent communication and project management skills. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Nice to Have: 1.
