Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive – Exhibitions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to manage, coordinate, and promote our presence at exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the brand effectively to drive leads and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and execute company participation in exhibitions and promotional events.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for cabin design, logistics, and promotional materials.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract target audiences to exhibitions.

· Prepare marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional giveaways for events.

· Manage on-site activities, including interacting with visitors, generating leads, and capturing feedback.

· Track and report on the performance of exhibition activities, including leads generated and post-event follow-up.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry contacts.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging exhibition opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in exhibitions, events, or B2B promotions.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and social media marketing tools.

Desirable Attributes:

· Prior experience in the [Jewellery / Retail / FMCG / relevant industry] sector.

· Ability to travel as required for exhibitions and events.

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Work Timings:

• 10 hours of duty in a day.
