Doctor Relationship Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinics in the region.
• Visit doctors chambers, pharmacies, and healthcare centers regularly to build trust and rapport.
• Explain KNHs services, treatment standards, and benefits of referring patients.
• Act as the liaison between referral sources and KNH, ensuring smooth communication.
• Track, analyze, and report referral trends and outcomes to the management.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs, CME sessions, and doctor engagement events.
• Maintain a professional image of KNH at all times, ensuring ethical promotion of services.

Key qualities include:

• Fluency in Tamil and English (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.
