Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:


    • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain physician referrals.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and referral patterns to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building:


    • Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and medical groups.
    • Conduct regular visits and meetings with referring doctors to promote services and gather feedback.
    • Organize and attend networking events, medical conferences, and community events to build relationships.
  • Communication and Education:


    • Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, tailored to referring physicians.
    • Educate referring doctors about the facility's services, specialties, and latest advancements.
    • Conduct presentations and informational sessions for medical professionals.
  • Tracking and Reporting:


    • Monitor referral trends and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on referral activities, outcomes, and market insights.
    • Use data to adjust marketing strategies and improve referral processes.
  • Collaboration:


    • Work closely with the medical staff, administrative teams, and marketing department to ensure cohesive and aligned efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement physician outreach programs.
  • Compliance:


    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare marketing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Education:


    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience:


    • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, referral processes, and the medical community.
  • Skills:


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
