About the Team

As part of Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience - F&E - team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the logistics framework to support the next billion e-commerce users in India. Our team consists of 100- smart individuals who are analytical, first-principle problem solvers and gets excited about creating 10x impact with innovative solutions. We are reimagining logistics to meet customer expectations of affordability and rapid delivery. Meesho has pioneered many 1st time in India and 1st time in world innovations in fulfillment and experience field. You will be expected to continue and compound on this strong legacy. At Meesho, you'll be driving cutting-edge zero-to-one projects that will redefine e-commerce logistics on a global scale.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager - F&E, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with
solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of theteam and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions incoordination with the product team, in case your solution requires tech interventions. utions to club order from the same user together.

What you will need

B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college / MBA graduates with min. 2 years of experience preferred
2-4 years of experience, from startups in logistics, e-commerce/ quick commerce, D2C companies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong growth track record Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability Experience of working in control tower teams any of the e-commerce/ logistics industry preferred

Our Story

Meesho was started by Vidit Aatrey and Sanjeev Barnwal with the idea to enable mom & pop stores to sell online in 2016. They soon realized that their primary users were actually sellers who did not own a shop, but sold through their social network. They realized that this is how small businesses will work in the future and built a product to democratize social commerce and enable literally anyone to start their own venture. They quickly pivoted to enabling social sellers/entrepreneurs monetise their network by providing supply, logistics and payments infrastructure.

From its humble beginnings, Meesho has successfully enabled over 15M individual entrepreneurs to start their own online businesses with zero investment, bringing e-commerce to more than 45M customers across India. Till date the company has delivered orders from 100K registered suppliers to over 26,000 pin codes in more than 4,800 cities, generating over 500 crore income for individual entrepreneurs and serving customers in more than 4,500 Tier 2 cities truly bringing e-commerce to Bharat.

Meesho is Series F funded and has raised $570 Million in a fresh round of investment led by Fidelity Management & B Capital Group joining its existing pool of investors such as Prosus Ventures, Facebook, Shunwei Capital, Venture Highway and Knollwood Investment. The latest round of investment means that Meeshos valuation is now at USD 4.9 billion within 5 months of achieving the unicorn status.

Meesho is headquartered in Bengaluru, India and was one of the 3 Indian companies to be selected for Y Combinator in 2016. It was also a part of the 1st batch of Google Launchpad Solve for India programme. In 2018 and 2019 (for two consecutive years), Meesho was named by LinkedIn as LinkedIn Indias Top 25 Startups 2019 & 2021 to work for based on top talent pull, jobseeker interest and levels of professional engagement with its employees.
