Assistant Manager - Fulfilment & Experience

Role Overview: You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, working on enabling Meesho to deliver a world-class experience to customers. The F&E team is solving industry-defining problems at scale and offers complete autonomy in setting up teams and processes. As an Assistant Manager- F&E, you will identify key problems, set priorities, develop solutions, drive implementation, and collaborate with the product team for tech interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Design programs to enhance supplier and user experience metrics, aiming to improve NPS or relevant operational metrics. - Own the experience improvement for marketplace participants such as entrepreneurs, their customers, or suppliers. - Influence product development decisions using data and insights derived from your program knowledge. - Ensure program adherence with operations teams and resolve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes. - Engage Meesho Leadership as active stakeholders in problem-solving for your programs. - Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the programs you oversee. - Utilize strong generalist problem-solving skills and explore mobility opportunities across different business verticals within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Candidates from premier institutes with 2-3 years of total work experience preferred. - Prior experience in Fulfilment, 3PL logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations, especially within tech-driven startups, is advantageous. - Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent project management skills. - Solid project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. - Possess a data-driven and curious mindset, with a knack for interpreting data patterns. - Candidates with basic SQL experience are preferred.,
