Conduct qualitative and quantitative process assessments to identify performance gaps and drive process improvements. Offer expertise in organization structure, governance, process reengineering, and solution strategy for clients. Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of strategic solutions to drive transformation. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on Logistics strategy, organization, network, processes, operations, and technology. Lead the team through project build and test phases, demonstrating proficiency in processes and best practices to enhance organizational outcomes. Manage operations in various areas such as transportation planning, warehouse layout design, 3PL service evaluation, and logistics training. You will be involved in drafting proposals, setting objectives, and developing action plans for prospective clients. Establish and nurture strategic business solutions alliances, contributing to sales enablement through bid management, proposal authoring, estimations, and client pitches. Ideal candidates should have experience in primary logistics projects, including strategic transportation sourcing, truck loading efficiency, and network optimization. Exposure to tools like Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, SAP, Blue Yonder, and Oracle would be advantageous. Experience with Profit and Loss or Sales responsibilities will be a valuable asset.,

About the Role As a Manager in Experience at Meesho, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional and memorable shopping journeys. Your primary focus will involve establishing robust partnerships with the Business, Product, Tech, and Data teams along with collaborating closely with program managers and leaders overseeing fulfillment and user experience initiatives to redefine the experience for our ecosystem. In this capacity, you will spearhead key initiatives and impactful projects aimed at overhauling our approach to user satisfaction. Your central guiding principle will be to ascertain whether Meesho is the preferred e-commerce channel for all our customers. You will address this question daily by implementing user and seller-centric, cost-effective designs and processes. Additionally, you will take ownership of performance metrics for Fulfillment and Experience within your domain. What you will do Work on important charters like cost reduction, user experience and seller experience Lead strategic initiatives and projects to various metrics to improve user experience/ seller experience and supply chain cost Run experiments and pilots to stress test initiatives on ground, run iterations, and scale them Build robust processes and SOP to drive rigor in operations and improve efficiency to solve user/ seller experience Foster strong collaborations with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Design, Tech, and Analytics Evaluate and ensure Meesho's status as the preferred e-commerce channel for diverse customer segments Implement user-centric, cost-effective designs and processes for long term sustainable improvements Own performance metrics within your designated domain. What you will need Premium MBA degree coupled with over 3 years of hands-on experience in start-ups, consumer internet companies or management consulting Demonstrate a robust data-driven mindset, adept at solving complex problems through analytical approaches Exhibit a proven capability to articulate informed perspectives on business implications and strategies Showcase a track record of successfully defining and executing initiatives with minimal supervision, reflecting a commitment to extreme ownership Display expertise in managing multiple stakeholders across various fronts, showcasing adaptability in fast-paced environments.

About the team You will be joining the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, working on enabling Meesho to deliver a world-class experience to our customers. As one of the prime movers in the e-commerce logistics ecosystem, the F&E team is solving industry-defining problems at scale that few startups can offer globally. About the Role As an Assistant Manager- F&E, you will be responsible for identifying key issues, setting priorities, developing solutions, and driving their implementation to reduce line haul network costs. You will also collaborate with the product team to shape and deploy appropriate tech-enabled solutions when required. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of network design strategies to gain better control over operations and achieve cost efficiency across the line haul network. What You Will Do Drive network design initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, performance, and reliability across the supply chain. Apply core network design principles to solve complex structural problems in a scalable and sustainable manner. Drive program adherence by working closely with operations teams while continuously resolving edge cases that lead to suboptimal outcomes under existing processes. Take ownership of critical aspects of overall network optimisation and cost reduction, including cost management and design of complex network structures. Manage both internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the programs you own. This role demands strong generalist problem-solving skills and provides opportunities for mobility across various business verticals within the organisation. What you will need Candidates from premier institutes with 2-3 years of total work experience are preferred. Prior experience in Fulfilment, 3PL logistics, and end-to-end supply chain operations especially within tech-driven startupsis a strong plus. Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and analytical thinking. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and prioritise high-impact initiatives. A data-driven and curious mindset, with a strong instinct for interpreting data patterns. A strong sense for data and the ability to derive insightscomfort with analysis and basic proficiency in R would be an added advantage.
