1. Coordinate with all internal stake holders for business requirement.
2. Ensure seamless business transactions on day to day operations.
3. Publish reports as required for business necessities.
4. Track and update Top management on critical / sensitive assignments.
5. Discount management in coordination with Sales Accounts.
6. Monitor and track the performance of Sales team on all aspects.
7. Initiate data pointers for Sales review.
8. Perform Gap analysis on the requirement vs reality, across business.
9. Share the details of respective state team and their back office, as per their requirement.
10. Coordinate across States on inputs for review meetings.
11. Perform BTL activities within the allocated budget and ensure customer delight.
12. Prepare business presentations for HO meeting.
13. Perform data analysis on all aspects in IS.
14. Represent IS team and resolving audit queries (both internal / external).
15. Deal with cross functional teams on their requirements about IS.
16. Ensure system hygiene for all customers on their attributes.
17. Understand and educate back office team on Change management brought in by SLT in SAP / other business platforms.
