Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Finance Manager located in Goa, India. The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role involves analyzing financial data to support decision-making, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supervising finance staff, and liaising with external auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Compliance
• Ability to manage and supervise finance staff effectively
• Experience with Accounting Software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
