Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Assistant Manager Finance. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves budget management, overseeing accounting processes, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (hospitality sector experience only).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
