Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre & Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control procedures is necessary.
