Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lonavala for an Assistant Manager - F&B Service. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining food safety standards, and managing customer service. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Satisfaction and Guest Service
• Knowledge of Food Service and Food Safety standards
• Familiarity with food preparation and handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Food Safety are desirable
