Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team in the Food and Beverage Service department at The Postcard Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Develop and implement menus and promotions to boost sales and revenue.
Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service management.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
