Campaign and Project Manager Role Description The Campaign and Project Manager plays a crucial role within the National Digital and Social Growth team, focusing on delivering exceptional campaign management experiences for all stakeholders. The manager will navigate this responsibility by effectively communicating project statuses, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring that client objectives are met and that the campaign management process runs smoothly. The position requires a balance between understanding client needs and managing internal resources and timelines for medium-to-large marketing campaigns. The Campaign and Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining high delivery standards and communication, while fostering a collaborative environment within the team and across departments. The Campaign and Project Manager will work as part of a team to continually refine and improve the Digital process, which includes increasing efficiencies by building and adopting new tools for campaigns and digital operations. Time management and outstanding client services skills will lead the successful candidate to great success in this role. Key Responsibilities Act as the liaison between marketers and the digital growth team to manage KPMG marketing campaigns from end to end. Collaborate with Marketing teams to gather annual campaign requirements, ensuring completeness for submission to KPMG Engage (Sales Cloud) and the intake request platform. Understand the Digital Growth team's resources (web, social, email, creative) necessary to meet marketing objectives. Collaborate with National Digital Growth Leads to manage resources effectively across campaigns. Create and manage workback schedules to ensure campaign deliverables meet service level standards. Maintain a centralized repository of campaign documents and communication channels through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Project. Lead weekly scrums to monitor the progress of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines for deliverables are met. Coordinate with the Data & Analytics National Lead to acquire data and report findings to stakeholders post-launch. Serve as the campaign process ambassador, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards. Manage and provide support for the internal intake request platform (Digital Growth Hub). Essential Skills And Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Proven record of operational excellence in project management, with experience in campaign management tools. Track record of managing multiple projects successfully, balancing various deadlines and stakeholders. 2-4 years of relevant experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns/projects. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is an asset. Experience with project management tools such as Azure and Microsoft Project is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI is an asset. Show more Show less
