Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organizations ERP systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Configure ERP modules to meet evolving business requirements and ensure system integrity.
• Provide technical support and training to users across departments to maximize ERP utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, finance, supply chain) to streamline and enhance ERP processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows and training materials.
• Stay current with emerging ERP technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed
