Key area: Maintenance, Plant Engineering, Safety, and compliance

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Maintenance, Safety and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for uptime of all these resources.

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems, including issues with PLCs, Drive,

Power & control circuit etc.

• Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment such as switchgear, motors, transformers, compressor, HVAC, DG, UPS and protection relays.

• Align with departmental maintenance objectives and KRA for each function and align the team to ensure timely and effective completion.

• Responsible for driving Preventive & Predictive maintenance

• Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down.

• Responsible for departmental related statutory compliance requirement.

• Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.

• Worked on ISO standards, including QMS, EnMS, OHSAS, and related standards.

• Knowledgeable in purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processes, including spare parts procurement.

• Critical spare parts management.

• Plant & implement AMC for critical and utility equipment’s.

Education- B.E (EEE/ECE)

Experience- 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing Units.
