Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the efficiency of the Production Department. 2. Get involved in production and proto builds. 3. Develop Material management strategy. 4. Help with Production FTG procurement. 5. Support process engineering change notice (ECN). 6. Assist in the evaluation of returned materials/products. 7. Review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement. 8. Will be responsible for technical design and processing of some of the FTGs used for Production. Mandatory Skills/ Competencies: Manufacturing Processes & Techniques Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma Process Design & Optimization Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Problem Solving Electrical & Mechanical Integration DFMEA/PFMEA PLC & Automation Basics Quality Control & Assurance Knowledge of Industry Standards (ISO/TS16949, IATF, etc.) Education Qualifications - B. Tech / M. Tech (EEE/ECE/Mechanical) Experience - 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, Experience In Automotive Industry/ EV Automotive shopfloor will be preferred.
