About the Role:

We’re seeking a Key Accounts / E-commerce Assistant Manager to drive partnerships with leading quick commerce & e-commerce platforms. This role involves managing accounts, optimizing performance, and executing growth strategies for a fast-scaling consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Onboard & manage relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces

📊 Optimize listings, pricing, promotions & inventory across digital channels

📈 Analyze sales data & conduct business reviews to drive growth

🚚 Collaborate with supply chain & internal teams for timely delivery & stock management

📣 Plan & execute promotional campaigns & visibility initiatives

🤝 Manage contracts, negotiations, and partnerships

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

✅ 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce / quick commerce account management

✅ Strong skills in data analysis, reporting & dashboards

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

⭐ Experience working with quick commerce/e-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart etc.)

⭐ Knowledge of campaign execution & digital commerce strategies
