About the Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Assistant Manager to lead operations across domestic & international marketplaces. This is a high-impact role managing sales, performance marketing, and cross-border commerce for a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Manage marketplace operations: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Noon, Amazon Global, etc.

📊 Optimize listings, pricing, promotions & monitor competitor activity

📈 Drive sales & GMV growth with data-driven strategies & campaigns

🚚 Coordinate with supply chain & logistics for smooth order fulfillment

📣 Partner with marketing for ads, digital merchandising & promotions

📑 Track KPIs: GMV, AOV, conversions, returns & customer feedback

📍 Prepare dashboards & performance reports for management

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

✅ 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce operations (domestic + cross-border)

✅ Strong hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, ChannelAdvisor

✅ Excellent analytics, Excel, and dashboarding skills

✅ Strong communication & problem-solving ability

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with global marketplaces (Amazon Global, Noon, etc.)

⭐ Knowledge of digital ads (AMS, Sponsored Ads, etc.)
