Job Opening: Assistant Manager – E-commerce

📍 Location: Mumbai | 🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years | 💼 Full-Time


Are you a driven and detail-oriented e-commerce professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for an Assistant Manager – E-commerce to lead and grow our presence across leading domestic and international online marketplaces.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end platform operations, digital merchandising, inventory planning, and sales growth. You will work closely with internal teams and platform partners to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:


1. Platform Management (Domestic & International):


Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa (Domestic) and Amazon Global, Noon, etc. (Cross-border)


Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions & competitor tracking


Liaise with platform reps and internal teams for onboarding, campaigns & issue resolution


2. Sales & Revenue Growth:


Drive GMV through data-backed strategies and conversion optimization


Analyze performance trends and plan category/geo-level growth actions


Plan & execute platform campaigns with measurable ROI


3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:


Ensure availability and timely dispatch with the supply chain/warehouse teams


Manage platform stock health & fill rates


Oversee cross-border logistics, customs, and returns


4. Marketing & Merchandising:


Coordinate with marketing teams for platform ad campaigns (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.)


Ensure A+ content and brand-aligned listings


Monitor reviews & ratings for product and service improvement


5. Reporting & Analytics:


Track KPIs: GMV, AOV, conversions, return rates, customer satisfaction


Share weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights


Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related fields


3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience (domestic and/or cross-border)


Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, OMS/PIM tools


Knowledge of cross-border commerce logistics and compliance


Preferred Skills:


Global marketplace handling (Amazon Global, Noon, etc.)


Experience with AMS/Sponsored Ads platforms


Advanced MS Excel & dashboard tools


Excellent communication & cross-functional coordination
