Job Description As the Assistant Manager in the e-commerce process at Fusion CX, Howrah, your responsibilities will include: Client Operations Collaboration : Work closely with clients and operations teams to analyze ongoing projects and processes, delivering meaningful insights that drive operational improvement and success. SLAs KPIs Monitoring : Take full ownership of client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and overall service performance. Team Performance Oversight : Manage and oversee the performance of different teams, consisting of Team Leaders and their indirect reports.
