Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Calicut

Qualification: M.Tech (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations/project management (preferably in construction, engineering, or related technical fields)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across projects and departments
• Supervise project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Liaise with internal teams – engineering, procurement, HR, accounts – for smooth workflow
• Track project progress, budgets, and material requirements
• Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and industry standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Lead operational meetings and submit timely reports to management

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of project lifecycle and construction/technical workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools
