Role Description

This full-time role is for an Operations Manager based on-site in Srinagar. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery processes, managing relationships with local vendors, and implementing effective operational strategies. Other key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating between different teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Operations Management, including logistics and delivery processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with local markets and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
