Job Description

As the Continuous Improvement Manager at Krishnapatnam location, your role involves overseeing the enhancement of the unit's operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to minimize equipment downtimes and adhering to Preventive Maintenance schedules - Identifying process gaps and implementing improvement strategies such as 5s, Kaizen, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, etc. - Optimizing assets, energy, manpower, and processes for efficiency enhancement - Implementing monitoring systems to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) - Increasing capacity utilization of assets to meet targets - Ensuring zero valid product complaints related to Quality & Food Safety - Driving reduction of Finished Goods (FG) Leakage/Damage - Monitoring budget performance and conducting various analyses for process improvement - Reviewing ISO documents and standardization at the plant level - Making decisions to enhance productivity and effectiveness - Estimating time, creating schedules, conducting risk analysis, and maintaining records - Ensuring safety in the plant Qualifications and Experience: - B.Tech / M. Tech, CI Certified, ISO Certified & Food Safety Certified - 12-15 years of relevant experience Key Performance Indicators: - Auditing Skills - Quality Control and Quality Assurance knowledge - ISO standards and documentation expertise - Root Cause Analysis proficiency - Excellent drafting skills for sharing plant reports globally - Knowledge of W&M, FSSAI, Inventory Management, BMOS - SAP & MS Office proficiency - Initiative, drive, and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and analytical skills - Execution excellence and coordination abilities - Safety Norms adherence, ensuring 100% food safety and hygiene scores Personality Requirements: - Good people management skills - Knowledge of pumps, couplings, seals, gearboxes, heating and cooling systems - Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills - SAP & MS Office proficiency - Programming knowledge - Ability to work under pressure, talent management, and lead by example - Strong technical knowledge and teamwork abilities (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were not explicitly mentioned in the job description.),
