Leading or participating in cross-functional teams focused on implementing lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives is a key aspect of the role. Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants, providing necessary support and resources to drive successful TPM initiatives will be crucial. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience for Diploma holders and 6-8 years for BE holders in TPM implementation, are encouraged to apply. Proven experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or operations management with a focus on TPM or similar continuous improvement methodologies is required. Responsibilities: - Work in rotating shifts to ensure maximum availability of equipment (Paste printer/ chip mounter/ Reflow oven/ PCB loader/ unloader/ conveyors etc.) & Assembly equipment (Pneumatic press machines/ soldering stations/ PCB cutting machine/ ionizers/ selective soldering etc.), Test Equipment (ICT/ EOL, FFT etc.), Warehouse equipment (BOPT, HOPT, Dock levelers etc.) - Assign work to maintenance technicians and monitor same in respective shifts. - Carryout Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all equipment. - Analysis of down time and taking corrective as well as preventive actions - Systematic RCA for recurring and long breakdowns. - Skill improvement of maintenance technicians and operators through trainings and knowledge sharing - Support NPI/ ECN/ VE/ CE activities which require installation and trials of new process/ product or equipment, layout change. - Identify, Develop & deploy automation possibilities on the assembly processes. - Identify opportunities of improvements in existing process. - Drive Autonomous maintenance (TPM) at all applicable equipment. - Effective monitoring and implementation to HSE requirements in maintenance function - Active participation in daily tier meetings to manage day to day issues. - Maintain maintenance related metrics i.e. MTTR/ MTBF/ OEE etc. - Maintaining spares inventory as Backup/ Contingency plan in case of equipment failure. - Coordination with Buyer to create PR related to spare parts and service support from external vendors. - Coordination with AMC provider for schedule maintenance and B/D maintenance. - Ensure availability of required tools for efficient working of maintenance technicians. - Management of maintenance records as per retention policy. Skills & Education: - Degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in Electronics from recognized college - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry - Must have good experience of SMT/ TH/Selective Soldering/ ICT/ FCT/ SPM/ Pneumatic press assy. etc - Understanding of electrical drawings and mechanical drawings of manufacturing equipment & machines. - Experience in managing PM/TPM program for all equipment at shopfloor. - Experience in Automation (Robotic/ PLC etc) will be added advantage. - Self-learner, Proactive approach, dedicated and Sincere in work. - Good communication skills with English proficiency

Utilize computer terminals , which include OIT Screen software , and utilize Laboratory Information System (LIS) t erminals to track downtime . Perform daily maintenance checks on lift trucks as required .
