Key responsibilities: Follows gowning procedure, personal hygiene, and GMP procedures. Shift charge handover, takeover should be done by the operator at the work place. Ensure that machine should run continuous to get the optimize output & with follow the GMP. Read and follow the instruction given in WOP to meet the specific process parameter. Sample checking of capsules with reference of control sample and identify any defects and categorize the type of defects in to the inspection report. Do corrective actions for the quality defect or set the production process. Coordinate with GMR (Gelatin melting area) & Engineering team for smooth operation of HCM and Borsor or ILD(Inline Drying machine) and I Box. Maintain the documentations and records for production machine and follows the SOP. Do the changeover on machine from one order to another. Complete line clearance of machine and do all the setups for new order. Clean and inspect equipment for foreign capsule and record all the observations in Line clearance sheet and get verify by the supervisor. Follow all SOP (Standard Operating procedure) and programs for environmental, health, safety from the corporate, division, government, plant EHS officer, or safety committee. Continuously follow-up the GMP of the plant to ensure that all cleaning is done and there machines, floors, walls and equipment are clean. In addition to the follow the instructions given by the seniors for any changes and maintain the good behavior within the team. Execute all jobs to be assigned during shutdown period. Training: Attained all the training by the operators, which assigned by seniors. Enhance the skill of work as an operator at Borsor, HCM and I Box. Key Requirements: operation excellence (5s & autonomous maintenance) knowledge in GMP & GDP Min. 3 years experience required Maintenance experience is added advantage

1) Order Fulfilment: Responsible for leading a team of operators / trainees for execution of production activities to achieve KPI targets and fulfilment of customer orders in the assigned production territory 2) Shift Planning & Execution: Responsible for shift planning, ensure adherence to production documents such as control plan, standard operating procedures, work instruction sheet, execution of daily production plan, coordinate for timely arrival of material, achieve production quantity targets as specified in manufacturing plan, resolve issues related to 3)Operator Deployment: Manpower tracking / monitoring and deployment of operators and trainees on the job, providing machine / on job training to operators and trainees, maintaining skill matrix and training records for operators and trainees 4) Line start up: Responsible for line start up, set up change, achieving production quantity (volume) as specified in production plan, ensure product quality and maintain documentation related to line start up, set-up change, 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) change management, point / system CiP, OEE status, rejection and defect status etc. 5) Improvement Projects: Responsible for identifying opportunities for safety, quality and productivity improvement and implementation of the same, participate in IDC rejection projects, OEE improvement projects 6) BPS implementation: Responsible for application and implementation of BPS concepts as specified by industrial engineer / BPS coordinator on shop floor 7) Rejection Analysis: Responsible for daily rejection analysis with MFQ and follow up for corrective and preventive actions, implementation of containment action, update daily deviation management board, timely OPL closure Problem solvingMachining process knowhow 8) Maintain healthy & cordial relations with operators for smooth functioning, motivate operators & maintain their high morale, attend to & resolve grievances of the team 9) Responsible for maintaining 5S, health, safety and quality compliance 10)Machine trouble shooting, Type Change over and Responsible for adherence of standardized work in shop 11) Tool change , Ensure Burr cleanining with help of Housekeeping person, Conduct Autonomous maintenance, perform LPC, Standardize work, Particiapate in Kaizens DISCLAIMER: This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job. Responsibilities: - Work in rotating shifts to ensure maximum availability of equipment (Paste printer/ chip mounter/ Reflow oven/ PCB loader/ unloader/ conveyors etc.) & Assembly equipment (Pneumatic press machines/ soldering stations/ PCB cutting machine/ ionizers/ selective soldering etc.), Test Equipment (ICT/ EOL, FFT etc.), Warehouse equipment (BOPT, HOPT, Dock levelers etc.) - Assign work to maintenance technicians and monitor same in respective shifts. - Carryout Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of all equipment. - Analysis of down time and taking corrective as well as preventive actions - Systematic RCA for recurring and long breakdowns. - Skill improvement of maintenance technicians and operators through trainings and knowledge sharing - Support NPI/ ECN/ VE/ CE activities which require installation and trials of new process/ product or equipment, layout change. - Identify, Develop & deploy automation possibilities on the assembly processes. - Identify opportunities of improvements in existing process. - Drive Autonomous maintenance (TPM) at all applicable equipment. - Effective monitoring and implementation to HSE requirements in maintenance function - Active participation in daily tier meetings to manage day to day issues. - Maintain maintenance related metrics i.e. MTTR/ MTBF/ OEE etc. - Maintaining spares inventory as Backup/ Contingency plan in case of equipment failure. - Coordination with Buyer to create PR related to spare parts and service support from external vendors. - Coordination with AMC provider for schedule maintenance and B/D maintenance. - Ensure availability of required tools for efficient working of maintenance technicians. - Management of maintenance records as per retention policy. Skills & Education: - Degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in Electronics from recognized college - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry - Must have good experience of SMT/ TH/Selective Soldering/ ICT/ FCT/ SPM/ Pneumatic press assy. etc - Understanding of electrical drawings and mechanical drawings of manufacturing equipment & machines. - Experience in managing PM/TPM program for all equipment at shopfloor. - Experience in Automation (Robotic/ PLC etc) will be added advantage. - Self-learner, Proactive approach, dedicated and Sincere in work. - Good communication skills with English proficiency

Must possess a mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown , understanding machinery and conveyor controls. Must be a ble to identify line problems, non-conforming products , and employ corrective actions. The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required . Must be able to work a daily schedule of 8.5 hours with a half hour unpaid lunch, with overtime and extended hours as required and work any shift as directed.
