About the Role:

  • Assistant Manager will be an individual contributor
  • Requires conceptual knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and SEBI Regulations (specifically LODR, PIT, SAST)
  • Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in the listed company.
  • Should have overall understanding of Secretarial function and practical knowledge of various MCA and Exchange/ SEBI filings
  • Candidature with good interpretation, drafting and communication skills will be an added advantage.
  • Open mindedness to learn and explore new ways of doing things creatively will make work more interesting and helpful for growth
  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Assisting in meeting management, disclosures, reporting, compliance management, and overall functioning of Company Secretarial function.
  • Solves standard problems by identifying solutions based on standard practices
  • Should be curious to learn and willing to handle any other adhoc assignments from time to time
