Qualifications and Experience: LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in banking litigation and documentation. Proven track record of managing high-stake litigation cases and complex financial transactions. Strong understanding of banking laws, regulations, and industry practices. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong leadership and team management skills.
