About the Role

Graphonet Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Client Servicing with a strong background in advertising agencies, POSM, and signage execution. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in client handling, campaign execution, and detailed costing for retail visibility projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management

• Act as the main point of contact for brand managers, trade marketing teams, and corporate clients.
• Understand campaign objectives, timelines, store formats, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.

Campaign Brief to Execution

• Receive and interpret detailed briefs for POSM and retail branding elements such as standees, danglers, shelf talkers, floor graphics, kiosks, counter displays, gondola branding, and signage.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage artwork development, revisions, approvals, and final sign-off.

Costing & Commercials (Mandatory)

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets for client approval.
• Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining healthy margins.
• Perform cost comparisons, vendor negotiations, and budget tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Vendor & Production Coordination

• Float enquiries, evaluate quotations, and finalize vendors for printing, fabrication, LED, acrylic, metal, and signage work.
• Supervise sample/prototype approvals and ensure production quality standards.
• Track timelines closely to ensure on-time delivery.

Logistics & Execution

• Plan dispatch and installation across multiple locations or distributor warehouses.
• Coordinate with installation and merchandising teams for on-ground execution.
• Collect installation photographs, compliance reports, and client documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal management.
• Submit post-campaign reports including coverage, visuals, insights, and improvement recommendations.

Skills & Experience Required

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in client servicing within advertising agencies, POSM, signage, or retail branding companies.
• Strong understanding of POSM materials, fabrication processes, and retail roll-outs.
• Proven experience in costing, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (costing, tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for market visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA / Business Management / Operations preferred).
• Experience in coordinating with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Client-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict timelines.

Salary Range

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)
