Assistant Manager Business Development

We are looking for a high-performing candidate for business development to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. This profile will be responsible for crafting sales plans and maximizing the business potential. This role will involve extensive travelling (15-18 days per month) within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

·Owns and drives sales for the assigned region.

·Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·Undertake regular business interactions with potential customers and establish fruitful and long-term relationships with them.

·Develop and execute a strategy for reaching and educating the customers about our medical simulation and skill training solution.

·Assist and manage dealers in the region for promoting our simulation and skill training solution.

·Responsible for documentation and preparation of technical bids for relevant tenders.

Requirements

·MBA with a degree (BE/BSc etc) in biomedical or any clinical subjects.

·Preferable to have a previous experience in sales profile in healthcare, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

·Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

·Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

·Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
