Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – B2B Sales to lead and manage sales initiatives targeting educational institutions, corporates, and enterprise clients. The role involves driving business growth, managing client relationships, and mentoring a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage B2B sales operations in the EdTech domain.
  • Identify, approach, and close partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and corporates.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives or associates, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with institutions and partners.
  • Stay updated on EdTech trends and competitor offerings to optimize sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, education solutions, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
