Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Skills and attributes

Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets & Trading
(Equity / Derivatives / Fund investments).
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end digital trading journey design
(preferably mobile app journeys).
Understanding of order lifecycle:
Order Execution Confirmation Settlement Brokerage & Fees
.
Experience working as a
Business Analyst
in banking, wealth, brokerage, or trading technology platforms.
Ability to write clear
BRDs, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams (Visio /Figma/ Lucidchart )
.
Experience coordinating with
Front Office, Technology, Operations, and Compliance
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in finance / commerce / economics / engineering or equivalent. MBA / CFA L1+ is a plus
8- 12 years of relevant experience as a
Business Analyst
in Capital Markets / Wealth / Trading platforms.
