Role Description

The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Naidupeta. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing production or process operations within the assigned department. The Assistant Manager will monitor and improve production efficiency, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Additional duties include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and supervising a team to achieve organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, manufacturing operations, and compliance regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise and guide team members effectively
  • Proficiency in process monitoring, quality assurance, and optimization techniques
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Educational qualifications in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as USFDA, WHO, and GMP guidelines
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
