General Job Description Interact with cross functional teams (BD / CROM / Supply Planning / Material Planning Team) to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about pharmaceutical products and related services. Main Job Role and Responsibilities deal directly with CFT either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to inquiries, concerns & requests and communicate / coordinate with internal departments obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and supply related inquiries Facilitate order acceptance direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource record details of inquiries, comments and complaints record details of actions taken Education and Experience PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent. MBAs would be preferred basic pharmaceuticals knowledge knowledge of relevant computer applications knowledge of administrative procedures numeric, oral and written language applications Expected work experience: 1-2 years in pharmaceutical or similar field(s) Key Competencies PG in Pharmaceuticals or equivalent.
