Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational review calls to track high-ageing tickets, define action plans, and ensure timely closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, channel managers, vendors, banks, and field engineers for efficient issue resolution and ETA adherence.
  • Manage chronic and escalated ATM calls in systems such as CBS, Maximus, and Excel trackers to maximize uptime and transaction availability.
  • Handle escalations from banks and internal stakeholders related to ATM downtime, site ambience, and maintenance issues.
  • Monitor HO and channel manager activities to ensure productivity, adherence to timelines, and closure of operational issues.
  • Manage maintenance activities including UPS, batteries, LAN, electricals, installations, safety measures, and force-majeure cases within defined TATs.
  • Conduct periodic site audits and coordinate visits to bank circle/regional offices.
  • Maintain and update operational data, asset inventory, site mapping, and expense trackers in CBS and Excel.
  • Perform root cause analysis on chronic calls and loss-making sites and drive long-term corrective actions.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly MIS reports, site ambience reports, and audit data with management and banks.
  • Provide system support (CBS, Maximus, M-Audit, PeopleStrong, email tools) to ensure smooth team operations.

- Strong knowledge in regards to ATM / MSP process & data management.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Analytical mind set with a focus on process improvement.

- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

- Proficient in MS Excel, word, power point and email/call communications.

- Strong leadership, coordination and communication abilities.
