Role & responsibilities 1 . ATM - Uptime Management Monitor and manage First Level Maintenance (FLM) and Second Level Maintenance (SLM) activities ensuring quick response to ATM incidents. Track and report ATM uptime performance against SLA commitments to client banks. Coordinate with IMSC, field engineers, and vendor partners to minimize service disruptions. 2. Cash Loading & Evacuation Ensure smooth coordination with Cash Replenishment Agencies (CRA) for loading and evacuation of cash. Escalate and resolve discrepancies related to CIT/CRA operations with banks/vendors. 3. Relationship Management & Client Engagement Serve as the single point of contact for client banks for operational issues and escalations. Conduct periodic review meetings with banks to discuss performance, SLA adherence, and service improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. Provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve ATM availability and efficiency. 4. Financial Management Ensure timely preparation and submission of invoices in line with contractual terms. Track collections and follow up with client banks for timely payment realization. Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve disputes in billing and collections. 5. Projects & Service Enhancements Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Vendor Management, Cash Management) for smooth execution of client projects. Preferred candidate profile Graduation in any field 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or client relations in the BSFI sector

Evaluate vendor performance, determine ways and means to motivate/improve performance. Analyze team performance and track it closely drive operational efficiency. Drive initiatives and participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of help desk service. Should have an eye for data driven metrics and be able to understand the improvement opportunities, quantify the impact and devise ways to control performance leakages for both the customer and operations. Identify training needs for the team and conduct timely refresher trainings to have complete process and product related compliance. Ensure the various internal and customer reports (daily/weekly/monthly) are vetted and audited periodically as well always delivered to the recipients/customer without any unreasonable interruptions. Should have capability to lead and manage Customer reviews.

You will be responsible for serving as the Custodian for the ATM Network in the designated region. Your daily tasks will include following up with vendors, CRA, OEMs, and other stakeholders. You will also be required to liaise with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Projects. Your role will involve driving closure of FLM/SLM calls and generating daily reports for analytics to identify and address long pending issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying root causes and providing permanent fixes for prolonged issues, as well as RCA on part replacement calls and non-adherence of SLA by vendors. Your main goal will be to ensure maximum system availability for customers with minimal disruption to transacting systems. You will drive Process & Quality programs for ATM operations and oversee the timely performance of periodic maintenance activities. Moreover, you will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement by measuring key performance indicators and implementing necessary actions to enhance the overall efficiency of ATM operations.,
