About the Role:
Ring Pay is looking for a Team Leader (Field Sales) to expand our reach across Madhya Pradesh. If you have experience in loans, banking, or fintech sales and a passion for leading field teams, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a Field Operations Sales (FOS) team of minimum 15 executives
• Drive and achieve loan product sales targets
• Train and mentor team members to ensure productivity
• Monitor daily field activities and ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 1-2+ years in loan, banking, or fintech field sales leadership
• Must have prior experience handling a minimum team of 15 FOS members
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and customer acquisition strategies
