Paharpur 3P specializes in custom printed flexible packaging including various types of pouches and films. Paharpur 3P is a part of the Paharpur Group, headquartered in Kolkata, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pouching Shift Supervisor located in Ghaziabad. The Pouching Shift Supervisor will oversee the production of pouches, ensuring quality standards and production targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising shift operations, managing the team, maintaining production equipment, monitoring safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Experience in supervising production processes, especially in flexible packaging Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in pouching Strong leadership and people management skills Understanding of quality control processes and safety standards Effective communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work different shifts A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred Experience in the packaging or FMCG industry is a plus
