Implement smart factory systems (IoT, dashboards, Robots, Conveyors, CFSs etc. Track and improve machine utilization, OEE, downtime, and maintenance. Suggest cost-saving measures in materials, energy, and manpower. Train teams on new processes, automation, and lean practices. Maintain SOPs, reports, and project documentation.
Role & responsibilities: Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are consistently met. Expertise in Injection moulding process setting is must. Basic Knowledge of Injection Moulds and machines. Working knowledge of quality system and Procedures. Supervise operation of large injection moulding machines and integrated robotic systems. Collaborate with R&D, tooling, and product development teams for new projects. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance of machines, moulds, and equipment. Responsible for budgeting and Capex. Primary responsibility for unit P&L. Control operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives. Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to build skills and maintain discipline. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations. Support business expansion, new projects, and customer requirements through strategic initiatives.
