1.Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial clients through market research, lead generation, and regular follow-ups.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with design, tooling, production, and quality teams for costing, quotations, and project execution.
4. Negotiate commercial terms, finalize orders, and ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures.
5.Monitor project progress, support trials and sample approvals, and ensure timely delivery of molded components.
6.Prepare and maintain sales reports and market intelligence data for management review.
