Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and manage daily assembly operations to achieve production targets.
Monitor and improve productivity metrics like UPH (Units Per Hour) and UPPH (Units Per Person Per Hour).
Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs for zero-defect assembly output.
Implement and sustain 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.
Coordinate with production, quality, planning, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Analyze rejection and rework issues; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Train, guide, and develop assembly operators and supervisors for improved efficiency
Should have exposure to automation (Robot, Conveyor, CFS)
Actively engage with the Innovation Team to identify, develop, and implement improvements in assembly workflows, resulting in increased operational efficiency and product quality.
