Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and using data to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyse data from internal and external sources
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reports
  • Present findings in a visually effective and understandable format

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel and VBA
  • Deep knowledge of Looker API & Integration
  • Knowledge of Looker’s Content Validator and Data Actions
  • SQL and Big query
  • Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation (experience with libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) with strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and NLP along with Familiarity to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML models
  • Data Modelling & BI Concepts
  • Google Sheet and APP Scripts
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques
  • Business & Domain Knowledge, Understanding key business metrics and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Clear and concise verbal communication with active listening to fully understand client needs and concerns driven environment. Detailed oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Must be a self starter.Ability to influence others.
