Role Overview


Sales Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning, strategizing, and executing sales plans to meet business objectives.

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure adherence to KPIs and company policies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s client base.

  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.

  • Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and share insights with management for better decision-making.

  • Support in resolving escalated client queries and ensure smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
