Assistant IT Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - IT to join our client's team located in Sonipat, Haryana. As the Assistant Manager Information System, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of IT systems within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, managing upgrades, and collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot technical issues. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and operation of IT systems, including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and applications. You will play a key role in supporting system upgrades and enhancements while staying abreast of the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Additionally, you will work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements and optimize existing SAP applications. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of information systems, data management, and experience in system analysis and improving IT infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong leadership qualities are essential for success in this position. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that systems are running efficiently and effectively, monitoring and analyzing system performance, and providing technical support and guidance to team members. Data integrity and security across all platforms will be a top priority, and you will collaborate with different departments to address system-related issues.
