Assistant IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Manager to oversee client communication, manage software development teams, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring project requirements are well understood, timelines are met, and quality is maintained across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with internal software development teams (designers, developers, testers, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients for project discussions, updates, and issue resolution.
• Gather, understand, and document client requirements and ensure clear communication to the internal team.
• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with team leads and clients to review project status, risks, and blockers.
• Ensure high-quality standards in deliverables and adherence to project scope.
• Handle escalations from clients and resolve them in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure testing and deployment readiness.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on project progress and team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT/software project management or technical team management.
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
