Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship building.
  • Develop and execute strategies for solution selling, ERP implementation, and software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, post-sales) to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or similar field with expertise in SaaS sales, solution sales, consultative sales, IT sales, or ERP sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of software products/services industry dynamics including solutioning/implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
