Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in SaaS solutions for B2B clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, customer success) to ensure seamless delivery of IT solutions to customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in cloud sales, enterprise sales, IT sales or solution sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
